WHAT WE ALL NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BAD BREATH

Bad Breath Is Not Your Fault
Bad breath, also known as halitosis, is not a disease. It's a condition and you can fight it! Everyone experiences bad breath at some point in their life, so you're not alone. In fact, an estimated 50-80 million people in the US alone suffer from bad breath. But the good news for you is that there is an answer.
The most common forms of bad breath comes from activity of bacteria inside your mouth, usually from the back of your tongue. Microorganisms in your mouth break down proteins and produce foul-smelling odors.
Simply put, bad breath is unavoidable, but it is, however, controllable and with this new, breakthrough, and clinically proven special report called The Bad Breath Remedy Report, you'l be able to instantly transform your bad breath into a fresh and clean smelling scent that welcomes those around you to stand at point-blank range and carry on a conversation without fear of smelling an unpleasant odor.

5 Quick Tips
1.)
Keep your mouth clean. Brush and floss twice a day.
2.)
Clean your tongue! Bacteria on your tongue can contribute to less-than-fresh breath.
3.)
Wet your whistle. A dry mouth can quickly cause bad breath.
4.)
Rinse. If nothing else, at least rinse your mouth with plain water!
5.)
Munch on parsley. The scent of this herb can help cover up offending oral odor.

QUE ES LA MEDITACION Y COMO EMPEZAR EN ELLO?

WHAT IS MEDITATION AND HOW DO YOU BEGIN IT?

If you really want to get to know the truth, that means meditate or understand meditation, you must first leave the mind to one side, leave religion, and leave your Saints and Gods in peace Neither the Koran nor the Bible, nor the Torah or any "sacred writing" can help. Deeds do not serve any purpose. Nor will going to the Himalayas. Only one thing can help you: start looking at things without the mind. When you look at a flower, do not let the mind say anything. Only look at it. It will be difficult because of your old habit of interpreting. You are always interpreting, and interpretations always differ. Interpretations depend on the mind. How you see things depends on you, not things. Unless you reach a point where these thoughts leave the mind and you stop trying to interpret things and becomes direct, your mind cannot be the mediator. You distort things, and mix them up with interpretations. They are not pure. So the only way to reach the truth is to learn how your vision can be immediate. You must learn how to abandon the aid of the mind ... This mind management is the problem, because the mind can only create dreams, and you can create wonderful dreams that can make you very emotional. And through that emotion the dream begins to resemble reality. If you emotions too much, you're intoxicated, you're no longer in your senses, then what you see is a projection of yourself. And there are so many worlds and minds, because every mind lives in their own world. You can laugh at the stupidity of others, but until we start laughing at our own, we are not able to become a natural being, a man of truth. So what should you do? Try small things: do not intervene on the mind about them. When you look at a flower, just look. Do not say: 'What beautiful! How horrible! ". Do not say anything! Do not use words. Do not verbalize. Just look. The mind will feel uncomfortable, uneasy. The mind would like to say something. Simply tell the mind: 'Be silence! Let me see. I need only to look." Initially it will be difficult, but it starts with things in which you're not very involved. It will be difficult to watch your wife without words. You are heavily involved, too emotionally attached. Whether in anger or love, either way you are too involved. Watch things that are neutral: a rock, a flower, a tree, the sunrise, a bird flying, a cloud floating in the sky. Watch only the things you're not very involved with, which can remain disconnected from you, which can remain indifferent. Start with neutral things, and only when you have managed those move into emotionally charged situations. People begin with loaded situations, and fail, because it is almost impossible. For your wife, you love or hate her. There is no middle ground. If you love you're crazy and if you hate you're crazy; will both emotions you have the words. It is almost impossible not to let both emotions come. It is very difficult due to the constant practice of speaking. Sleeping or awake when you are emotionally involved is very difficult to leave the mind to one side. The mind intervene. So, first observe situations that are not loaded. When you feel that you can look at certain things without the mind interfering, then try it with emotionally charged situations. Little by little, one becomes efficient. It's like swimming. At first you are afraid, you think that you will not survive. And you have been working for so long with the mind that you can not believe you can exist without it even for a single moment. But try! You will be starting the path to meditation in everyday life.

FAMOUS QUOTES BY WOMEN LIKE US

Classic Quotes by Jeannette Rankin (1880-1973) first female US Representative

The individual woman is required a thousand times a day to choose either to accept her appointed role and thereby rescue her good disposition out of the wreckage of her self-respect, or else follow an independent line of behavior and rescue her self-respect out of the wreckage of her good disposition. ---------------

You can no more win a war than you can win an earthquake. ---------------

You take people as far as they will go, not as far as you would like them to go. ---------------

As a woman, I can't go to war, and I refuse to send anyone else. ---------------

There can be no compromise with war; it cannot be reformed or controlled; cannot be disciplined into decency or codified into common sense; for war is the slaughter of human beings, temporarily regarded as enemies, on as large a scale as possible. ---------------

It is unconscionable that 10,000 boys have died in Vietnam....

If 10,000 American women had mind enough they could end the war, if they were committed to the task, even if it meant going to jail. ---------------

If I had my life to live over, I would do it all again, but this time I would be nastier. ---------------

What one decides to do in crisis depends on one's philosophy of life, and that philosophy cannot be changed by an incident. If one hasn't any philosophy in crises, others make the decision. ---------------

Small use it will be to save democracy for the race if we cannot save the race for democracy.

HOW DID WE COME ABOUT THE GRADUATION HAT AND ROBE?

Like the mortarboard, American graduation robes are loosely based on the traditional academic garments of Britain's oldest universities at Oxford and Cambridge. The British costume has its origin in the dress of medieval clergy and scholars.
The colors and decoration of academic regalia vary according to country, college, and field of study. In 1894, American educators began to standardize U.S. graduation ceremonies and to regulate the style of graduation gowns and colors. The current version of this Academic Costume Code and Academic Ceremony Guide is published by the American Council on Education.
According to this guide, the gowns for bachelor and master's degree candidates are black and untrimmed. The doctoral candidate robe has velvet facings in the front and three bars of velvet across the sleeves. Doctoral robes are usually black, but some universities allow colored robes.
The field of study in which the candidate is receiving a degree dictates the trim color on a doctoral robe and a master's or doctor's hood. Some of the trim colors have historical meaning -- for example, scarlet has long been associated with the church, so a doctor of theology's outfit is trimmed in red. In addition, the lining of a master or doctor's hood is in the official color(s) of the institution granting the degree.
A complete list of colors and which academic discipline they represent can be found in the Academic Costume Code and an illustration of the colors is available on this academic apparel manufacturer's site.

A MESSAGE TO THE STUDENTS OF CCC ACE AND CJC ACE

Communication is the key to breaking the barrier of silence which is the enemy of success. Brenda A. Ysaguirre

Dear Students,
With one more week of school left for the High School students of CCC ACE First and Second Year, I guess it is only right to look back at how the year went.

I hope you students had as much fun as I did and I hope that you realize that life with an education is power and that all the time they let go by without doing something constructive CAN come back to haunt them in life.

I hope that your lecturers and I were able to touch your lives in some way or the other to realize that being a member of CCC ACE or CJC ACE was not just a coincident. IT IS A REALITY THAT HAD TO BE. You had to be here and we had to be here. Together we make CCC ACE and CJC ACE.

Once again I am asking that you remember that the office of the Director is YOUR OFFICE. Come in a speak to me whenever you need to. I am always here for you and if you need to visit me off campus, you know where I live. Just remember I AM AN NIGHT OWL so visitors need to come over AFTER midday. No need to call first but that wouldn't hurt either.

Have a great weekend.
Love Always,
MsB

My Dear Students,
With just two more weeks of school left for this year I am sure you are wondering what it is that you have learnt. I am not sure that we understand the messages we have been given from time to time so it is time for us to reassess and go back and try to analyse those things which we hold dear. Love, peace, harmony and self worth should be part of that list.
It is time to start studying for your exams. It is time to listen to all that is said and to all that is necessary.
Remember with love you can do things you would not believe possible.

Love Always,
