HOW TO GET CHILDREN TO EAT HEALTHY MEALS

LESSON NO 1 FOR TODAY HOW TO GET PICKY CHILDREN TO EAT SOME FOODS THEY WOULD NOT NORMALLY EVEN TRY! IF YOU HAVE A CHILD OR GRANDCHILD THAT IS PICKY WITH FOODS IT IS ALWAYS HARD TO GET THEM TO EAT. MAIJA IS CHOOSY ABOUT HER FOOD AND IT DRIVES ME UP A WALL TO TRY AND GET HER TO EAT. THEN I FOUND OUT SHE NEEDED TO KNOW I HAD LIKED IT OR HER MOM LIKES IT! AS EASY AS THAT SHE IS THEN WILLING TO TRY NEW FOODS. PRESENTATION IS ALSO A WONDERFUL WAY TO GET CHILDREN TO TRY NEW FOODS. IF ALL ELSE FAIL, DON'T GIVE UP. JUST KEEP TRYING AND SHOW THEM THAT EATING HEALTHY GOOD FOOD IS GOOD FOR THEM. AND PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH.
